Stiff Little Fingers Tour 2020:Stiff Little Fingers formed in Belfast in 1979 after starting out as a schoolboy band originally named after Deep Purple’s ‘Highway Star’.

The original era of Stiff Little Fingers lasted until 1983 when they broke up after the ‘Now Then…’ album, an album they consider their best.

The 2020 line-up features original singer Jake Burns and bass player Ali McMordie. Guitarist Ian McCallum joined in 1993. Drummer Steve Grantley has been with Stiff Little Fingers since 1996.

Stiff Little Fingers are an Irish punk rock band from Belfast, consisting of Jake Burns, Ali McMordie, Steve Grantley and Ian McCallum.

Formed in 1977, the band released their debut album, ‘Inflammable Material’ in 1979, followed by ‘Nobody’s Heroes’ in 1980, ‘Go for It’ in 1981 and ‘Now Then…’ in 1982, before the band split. They reformed in 1991, releasing a further six albums, the latest being, ‘No Going Back’ in 2014.

The band went out on a co-headline tour with The Beat, The Selector, and Buzzcocks in 2018, organised by Slam Dunk Festival.
