James Morrison Tour 2021: It was a magnificent performance by James Morrison and his team of musicians and singers. No criticism at all. I was very glad to have a seat to sit in at the New Theatre Oxford as opposed to other venues where standing for 2 hours nearly killed me. But the rapport with the audience was less electric. Nobody’s fault just its harder for the artist to get the audience going. The support act Ferris and Sylvezter were good too.

James Morrison is a British soul, pop, and rock singer, songwriter and musician, from Rugby, Warwickshire.

Starting his music career in 2006, he signed to Polydor and the release of his debut album, ’Speechless’, in 2006, which reached #1 in the UK Album Charts. Since then he’s released two more albums: 2008’s ‘Songs for You Truths for Me’ and 2011’s ‘The Awakening’, that have both peaked in the Top 3 and have all gone platinum. He released ‘Higher Than Here’.

James Morrison returned in 2019 with a new soul album, ‘You’re Stronger Than You Know’, that arrived in March. He’ll accompany the record with UK, Australian and European tour dates throughout the year, before co-headlining a Forest Live summer tour with Will Young, as well as sets at Kew The Music and the Royal Botanic Gardens.
